We've finally made it to the last day of the longest month in the year!
Or was it quick for you?
I actually felt for the most part it did go quickly and I am grateful to have being kept super busy this month despite stereotypically it being the 'quietest month in the year' for my industry.
There were quite a few patterns this month and I thought I would share them with you in the hope it makes to realise how similar we all are especially at this time of year.
1. You all love data as much as me!! - not in the boring techy way but in the interesting skin way!
This month I am thrilled so many of you have taken the opportunity to start the new year with an in depth skin analysis skin review to see exactly where you are with your skin now and to help us plan areas to focus on for the coming months.
It seems you all love the fact we can look back on previous results and compare if we have improved just as much as me!
If you haven't yet booked your New Year Skin Analysis Review, go on and do it now by clicking here.
2. Almost everyone is dehydrated!!! In fact it is so rare for me to come across a client who isn't dehydrated, I am shocked myself if I see a good result!
Key things to remind you of:
As we age, we lose our ability to retain moisture in the skin meaning we are ALL on the dehydrated side of things thanks to age.
Other factors such as the time of the year, central heating, over indulging at Christmas and lack of sleep all enhances our dehydration.
Ways to fight it - get as much Hyaluronic Acid into and onto the skin as possible. (Don't focus too much on drinking water as although there are many benefits to this, most of the benefits don't reach the skin!)
My favourite HA based products are, Essences, Serums, Masks and Supplements.
I can help you find the perfect way to introduce Hyaluronic acid into your routine/lifestyle easily, let's discuss this at your next appointment.
3. We all deserve a treat in January! - Whether that's booking a longer than usual treatment, (more time on the heated bed is always a good idea!) treating yourself to a new Serum or adding an extra little treatment from the upgrade list, you have all loved treating yourself to those little extras the month.
January is a long, hard month for many and we all deserve a little treat to help us feel more positive!
Well done for making it to the end of January!
Looking forward to seeing you soon.
